I am actually surprised and grateful that he patiently stuck with me through a VERY long and complicated deal to lease a space in Midtown, which we successfully closed on recently. Brian recently helped us sell a commercial building that we purchased over 30 years ago. It was a 5,000 foot building where we ran a retail store that was an institution in our town. Brian was very thoughtful and helpful in helping us develop a strategy to price and market the building while continuing to operate our business and avoid loosing customers during the process. He spent a lot of time researching our property at the city and reviewing other building sales in the area. We took Brian’s advice on pricing (which was higher than what some other brokers suggested) and ended up receiving a full price offer. Brian was meticulous in insuring all of the details during the escrow and the closing were handled accurately and smoothly. He provided lots a good advice during the process and answered all of our questions in a highly collaborative fashion. We spoke with / interviewed 4 other brokers during the process of selecting Brian. We felt that the others spent too much time bragging about themselves, while Brian was busy working to research our property and thinking of ways he could help sell our building. While the others would take a week or more to respond, Brian was immediately available and returned our calls or emails the same day. We found Brian on the internet, as someone who had a “sweet spot” for selling commercial property in our price range. When I first looked at his logo, I wondered if he was going to be full of hype. Delightfully, we found Brian to be analytical, patient, highly professional, humble and wonderfully amiable. His work ethic during the selection process extended into the sales process. He rapidly pulled together great photos and videos of the store and executed a comprehensive on-line marketing program. In addition, he had a number of clients in his network tour or consider the building. We would use Brian again in a heartbeat and would give him our highest recommendation!!

This was the first Raley’s in Sacramento on El Camino Ave. The adjacent thrift store operator owned the entire 40,000 square foot property and finally decided to sell. It’s easy to write a great review for someone that did a great job! Brian is an extremely pleasant and professional individual. He did his homework the very first time we met and showed me other similar properties and what they sold for. I cant begin to tell you the level of service I received from Brian Jacks. I called at 8 p.m. on a Sunday night expecting to get his voice mail when to my surprise he picked his phone up. Not only did he give me information on the property I was looking at, he came and met me at the building and showed it to me that night!!!!
